The True Tryouts app is the most efficient grade tool app in the nation. Created by a coach for coaches. The True Tryouts app assists coaches and organizations operate the entire process by creating events with multiple age groups, field location, date, time, and the ability to post the event flyer. The Coach sets the player price, with a minimum of $5.00. The coach can charge more than $5.00 and they will get the entire amount, minus $5.00, once the event concludes. Any player price above $50.00, the coach/org will get 90% of the player funds. Athletes register a new account with the capability of adding multiple family members on one dashboard. The athlete can search nearby events by filtering the state, sport, and age group. The athlete simply registers for the event with one click on the "Register" button and then payment is taken. Before the event start date, the coach can see exactly how many players will attend the tryout for each age group, therefore knowing how many evaluators to assist them. An unlimited number of evaluator coaches can be invited to assist in the evaluation process. All evaluators grading numbers will be averaged among all grading the event. Evaluators have 6 metrics to grade the athletes. Hitting, Pitching, Infield, Outfield, Catching, and Running. Each metric has a 1-10 slide bar scale for different aspects of the position. There are velocity metrics for hitting and pitching. There are time metrics for catcher throws and running. At the conclusion of the event, the coach can see on their event dashboard the overall score of each athlete along with the capability to download a detailed spreadsheet of every metric graded. When the coach concludes the event manually on their dashboard, every participant will automatically get a detailed email of their individual score from each metric along with a cumulative score comparison of every player in that events age group.
